Casa de Gran Vista

An extensive massive project where every inner wall was moved to optimize and open up the floor plan. The bathroom and kitchen got brand new places in the home and a luxury on suit was planned for the home owner.

The windows and balcony doors were replaced and the openings were made larger for a generous light emitting diode. The heavy glazed balcony was stripped down and replaced by smooth-seamed surfaces and a seamless seamless balcony glass for the ultimate luxury feel. Black frames on the big sliding doors contribute to the industry feeling and become a significant detail for the home.

The whole apartment was painted in an unbroken white color, a simple but beautifully matte tile was laid throughout and the bathrooms received a sober and elegant tile in the form of real stones in two shades of gray.
Dimensional shower walls with the black industrial frame come back in the bathrooms.

Hela lägenheten målades i en obruten vit kulör, ett enkelt men vackert matt klinker lades genomgående och badrummen fick ett sobert och elegant kakel i form av äkta sten i två nyanser av grått.
